These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Voyage Antalya website and the booking of tour services provided by Yücel Taşyürek, operating as Voyage Antalya, based in Antalya, Turkey.

By submitting a booking request or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Confirmation

All tours are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you have received written confirmation from Voyage Antalya via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Please ensure that all details you provide at the time of booking — including the number of participants, preferred dates, and any special requirements — are accurate.

Pricing

All prices are provided upon inquiry and are quoted per person or per group as specified. Prices may vary depending on group size, season, and specific itinerary requirements. Voyage Antalya reserves the right to adjust prices in response to significant changes in transport costs or local conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the client:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date will be refunded at 50%.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Voyage Antalya:
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, safety concerns, force majeure), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

• Carrying valid identification and any required travel documents.

• Informing Voyage Antalya in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect the tour.

• Behaving in a manner that is respectful to local customs, heritage sites, and other participants.

Health and Safety

Voyage Antalya takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its clients. However, participation in outdoor activities such as jeep safaris, rafting, and hiking involves inherent risks. Clients participate at their own risk and are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance before their trip.

Voyage Antalya reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour at any point if it determines that conditions pose a risk to the safety of participants.

Liability

Voyage Antalya is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during a tour.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
